MINDFULNESS
If you are looking for a place to learn about mindfulness and how to integrate it into your life, I would recommend an 8 week MBSR (Mindfulness based stress reduction) or MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy) course, there are many available online.
Tara Brach's website www.tarabrach.com contains some wonderful talks and resources on mindfulness. Her FREE online course Mindfulness Daily, created jointly with Jack Kornfield, is a good introduction to the basics of mindfulness and developing a daily practice.
SELF-COMPASSION
For some useful resources on self-compassion by Dr Kristin Neff visit www.self-compassion.org. I particularly recommend the guided practices and self-compassion exercises.
