Couples therapy

I aim to provide a safe, confidential and empathic space for you and your partner to explore any challenges you are facing in your relationship, regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race or religious beliefs.

Common relationship issues that can be worked through are:

  • Communication difficulties

  • Loss of connection

  • Lack of intimacy

  • Sexual dissatisfaction

  • Infidelity

  • Repeating arguments

  • Feelings of resentment

  • Mistrust

  • Misunderstandings

  • Tensions resulting from differences

 

I recognise that conflict in relationships can indicate the potential for intra and interpersonal growth, but sometimes we need support in finding our way.

Sessions last for 60 minutes and are usually weekly, they can be long or short term. I will see you in person when possible, if not, I am happy to work online. Please contact me if you would like any more information.
